Qualifications

Our experts hold the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Computing Professional (CCP) designations, as well as ISO/IEC 17024 accredited certifications, with decades of collective experience in the computer industry. Example matter

We produced an expert witness report for a medical claims administrator in a dispute over a CRM software package from a leading global ERP and CRM developer. The system crashed several times a day and did not perform as promised. The case settled after the report was submitted.
