Effective date: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ERP Experts LLC (“ERP Experts,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://erpexperts.legal/ or contact us about expert witness, consulting or related services. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the website and respond to enquiries.

Who we are

ERP Experts LLC, 11811 North Tatum Boulevard, Suite 3031-113, Phoenix, Arizona 85028-1632, United States. Telephone: 602-264-9263. Email: [email protected].

Important: do not send privileged or confidential case information through this website

Contacting us through the website, by email or by telephone does not create an engagement, a retention or an expert-client relationship, and nothing you send in an initial enquiry is protected unless and until a written engagement is in place. Please limit your first message to basic details: who you are, the parties, the platform and the court or forum. Do not send privileged material, protected health information, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or documents produced under a protective order. We will arrange a secure method for exchanging case materials once we have agreed to proceed.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your first and last name, email address, subject and message, and anything else you choose to include.
  • Quarterly brief signup: your email address.
  • Email, telephone and mail: the details you share when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site and date and time of visit), collected through Google Analytics via the Google Site Kit plugin.
  • Standard server and security logs, including IP address, kept by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the website, and we do not use the website to collect payments.

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can assist, and carry out any availability or conflict check needed before an engagement.
  • To send the quarterly brief to people who ask for it. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, professional and contractual obligations, including responding to lawful process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Service providers who process information for us

We rely on the following providers, each of which handles data under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Brevo (email marketing platform): stores subscriber email addresses and sends the quarterly brief.
  • Google Analytics and Google Site Kit: website analytics.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery, security and the Turnstile spam-protection check on our forms.
  • WonderPush: optional web push notifications, only if you choose to allow them in your browser.
  • Our website hosting and WordPress plugin providers, including the form plugin that stores contact form submissions in our website database and emails them to us.

Some of these providers are located outside Arizona or outside the United States, so information may be processed in other jurisdictions. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses essential cookies needed for it to work and for security, together with analytics cookies from Google Analytics. Cloudflare may set cookies to protect the site and verify that visitors are human. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. If you allow web push notifications you can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser’s site settings.

How long we keep information

  • Contact form messages and enquiry correspondence: kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and for engagements for the period required by our professional and legal obligations.
  • Quarterly brief subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, which is another reason to keep early enquiries brief and to wait for our secure channel before sharing case materials.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the quarterly brief at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in such laws. To make a request, email or write to us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity, and we may be unable to delete information we are required to keep by law or professional obligation.

Children

The website is intended for lawyers, businesses and other professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other websites

Our articles link to third-party sources and vendor sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
